Lol his comment says he made the video before the helmet thing. And the same thing happened to Adam Parore off Brett Lee's bowling earlier, should have been a No Ball but wasn't :(

Well not bad umpiring, they have no choice but to give it. Wasn't great sportsmanship from McCullum but he may not have seen him leave the crease. Umpires should have given them chance to withdraw appeal though like England got.
