Ah well, it's something that's common for all sports vids. I just had a naive and romantic vision of Cricket fans being different... Well, some obviously are. :)

...like the collingwood runout issue this week! I was disgusted when he did it, but thought a lot more of him for being big enough to apologise straight after. I wonder how long it took Chappell?

I don't really bother to read the posts below cricket vids anymore. It's a shame, cos when you look at other topics (general TV / music / trivia) you can learn a lot more by reading others' comments. It surprises me that the gentleman's game is followed by bigotted xenophobic morons who only show themselves up.

it was not in the australian rules at the time and because of that the ball was not called to be rebowled and whatever else the umpires could have ordered. having said that though, Greg Chappell should have been sacked. but it's admirable that he has admitted that it was a mistake and that he shouldn't have done it. if only other players that made such mistakes would make up for their cricketing cowardice by doing such a courageous thing.

Stealth, does that mean you agree with England's use of Bodyline tactics? Please understand that I'm not a diehard cricket fan, so I can't comment on a lot of things, but what I can say is that this video looks like a whole lot of excuse-making for a shameful incident.
