Maybe a little of both. He might agree to scrap Duck or any other engine that made him look stupid but he never said anything about scrapping them, just making Duck go away.

I wonder what Diesel would have said to him? Would he a gree that all steam should be scrapped like the other diesel or just play tricks on them insted?
