I've caught more hell about that damn knife on the cookie sheet. Don't do that anymore. Just didn't have a nice cutting board...rest assured...now I do. Stumps is a GREAT cooker...visit their forum at their website (stumpssmokers dotcom) and you can find out the answers to all of your questions.

hmmmm, ya had to cut comp ribs with a saw : ) just kiddin, the saw part didnt do em justice though. How is the Stumps for temps throughout the cooker? Any/many hot or cold spots? Looks like a good smoker

thanks always wondered how they work fyi-i do competition bbq and it is easier to slice ribs upside down so you can follow the middle section between the bone just a thought
